Preparing for Class

You can prepare for your first Hatha Yoga weight loss class by bringing the right items. The essential items needed will be a large bottle of water, a big absorbent towel and a mat. However some spas rent out such items that you will need. Checking with the place that you will be taking classes with might be ideal.

You will be moving, stretching and twisting so you will need to wear comfortable loose fitting clothes and something to keep you warm after the class is over.
