These simple nuts have two very important fatty acids, both linoleic and linolenic acids. These fatty acids assist in the reduction of inflammation throughout the human body.
They are the only nut and one of the few proteins that are alkaline forming. When your body has an ample supply of these chemicals, it helps reduce osteoporosis and build the immune system.
