Starting out, if you buy the oil in a bottle, it is recommended that you place 3 drops in a glass of water twice a day building up to 6 drops twice a day.

For oregano oil capsule or soft gel form a good start is to take one twice daily building up to two soft gels a day. The oregano oil capsule is just as effective but easier to take than the liquid form.
