I found making this recipe with my kids a great way to introduce them to the world of cooking, and also a way to spend special bonding time with them. This recipe represents health, fun, and simplicity. What better way to spend a summer afternoon?!

Sugar Free Jello Jigglers Recipe

Ingredients:

4 boxes of sugar-free Jello - .3 oz boxes

2 ½ C of boiling water

Directions:

Spray a 13 by 9 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Bring the water to a rolling boil and add in the boxes of gelatin (any brand or flavor, mixing colors is fine) Stir continuously until dissolved well. Pour into your pan. Let the jello sit in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Next, with a butter knife, cut it into the shapes or designs you desire. Use of miniature cookie cutters can be considered. You can spoon out your shapes and multi-stack if you choose. Refrigerate until well chilled. Serve with whipped cream or topping! So very delicious!!!

Added Note: This recipe can be changed by doubling it or dividing it in half if you want to make different flavors separately. My family enjoys making a couple of smaller pans of different flavors and stacking them in rows of different flavors and colors. This adds a whole new meaning to the word fun!
